Ton, 48 years young, went to sea at the age of 16, Captain on tugboats since 1985. Started sailing in dingy’s as early as 12 years with friends and member of sea scouts. Owned a Flits when he was 14. Purchased the hull of our sailing boat in 1989 and build together with Peta the Jacht that we still own till date. |

Petra, 40 years, joined Ton to sea as soon as she left High School, at the age of 18. First voyages as cook, but soon took the Dutch state exam as mate for tug boats. Sailed for 12 years, till the first of the 3 hooligan’s arrived in 1997, and this meant that Petra’s active merchant sea life went on the back burner. |

Marijn, 9 years, our Christmas present in 1997, doing group 6 of the Wereld School in Lelystad. Keen sailor already in his dinghy a Piraatje (haaie hap). He progressed quickly as a good fisherman, and enjoys eating his catch. |

Senne, 7 years, the comedian of our family and the ping pong ball of the 3 (Tigger). Forever fishing with his net and comparing it with his book on sea life. Group 4 of the Wereld School. |

Marjolein, 6 years, our only girl, likes to wind up her 2 brothers, but above all, very caring. Always first in the water, last out. Group 3 of the Wereld School. |
